Right now, Culinarian’s Guildleve, Coffee biscuit is the most useful way to make Gil. However, you need at least your Culinarian Lv.75 to make it. If your Culinarian Lv. is still not that far, you can level up with using Ishgardian Restoration or Guildleve. Let me share the best Guildleve for each level to Lv up your Culinarian quickly.
Basically, you can level up easily in this level range. Don’t forget to check Ixali daily quest and Grand Company’s supply and provision missions! These give you tons of Exp! And lower level is easy to make (or buy lol)
Level 1 – 5
- Make a Maple Syrup for job quest
- Make a lot of Table salt, Maple Syrup, or Maple Sugar until Lv. 5 (You will use a lot in the future, especially Table salt) You can buy all the ingredient from Jossy at Culinarian Guild.
- Make a Grilled Trout for Lv. 5 job quest. You can buy Princess Trout from Holasfhis @Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (X:10.3 Y:13.6) 10 Gil for each
- Check Grand Company’s Supply and Provision Missions!
- Check Ixali Dairy quest!
Level 6 – 10
- You can use Lv. 5 Guildleve to Lv. up
- Making either Sunset Wheat Flour or Smooth Butter to Lv. 10
- Make Grilled Dodo (Lv. 11 Recipe) for Lv. 10 Job Quest
- Check Grand Company’s Supply and Provision Missions!
- Check Ixali Dairy quest!
Lv. 5 Guildleve (If you have tons of Guildleve allowance. You can level up easily by crafting items in this Lv.)

- You can use Lv. 10 Guildleve to Lv. up

Level 16 – 20
- You can use Lv. 15 Guildleve to Lv. up
- If you want to Lv up your botanist, “Lavender Oil” is a good option to make. (Lavender, Lv. 15: Central Shroud, close to Bentbranch.) You can use it for Lv. 15 Guildleve.
- Only Meat Miq’abob is the recipe that you can craft without moving to any place. All the ingredients are from Culinarian Guild.

- Make or buy “Dried Plums” (Lv. 22 recipe) for Lv. 20 Job quest (You can buy either South shroud @Shop inside the Buscarron’s Druthers or The Gold Saucer. If you want to make it, you need to get Pixie Plums at Upper La Noscea, Oakwood (West to the lake), Lv. 25.)
You can also harvest Chamomile for Chamomile Tea (Lv. 25 Guildleve item) and Noble Grapes for Grape Juice (Lv. 20 Guildleve items) If you are thinking to make them, get these as well at the same time!
