If your gear is different from mine, please check this article! I made macro for coffee biscuit with different IL gears.
I spent a lot of Gil to buy my “Skysteel tools,” they cost me total 800,000 Gil. I have now only less than 2 million Gil. So I want to make some Gil!
What is the easiest way to make Gil?
I made some Gil to sell items from Fête (Peacelover’s Attire Coffer and mount horn) on the market board but I can’t join all of Fête and it only happens once every other day. So I need to find the way to make Gil anytime.
Let’s do some Guildleve!
Guildleve is one of the easiest way to make Gil and the reward Gil is fixed, not changeable like market board price. So you can make certain money easily and you can plan it as well. Everyday, you can get 6 more allowances.
Then, which one are you going to do???
I decided to make “Coffee Biscuit” from the Guildleve at The Crystarium, because I can collect all the material from gatherer, so I don’t need to spent Gil and time. (Some items need monster drop materials and I don’t like collect these because my DPS is low and it takes so long to kill lol) Also, this leve allows you to hand in items three times with one leve allowance!
Materials for Coffee Biscuit (One leve needs 9 Coffee Biscuits, means you need to make it 3 times)
- Garden Beet x 5 (Tomera)
- Upland Wheat x 5 (Wright)
- Coffee Beans x 3 (Lydha Lran)
- Fire Crystal x 34
- Water Crystal x 21
Pros: You can get Gil (around 15,000 to 18,000 from 1 leve allowance), Exp, and one of these items. (Fire Crystal, Water Crystal, Coffee beans, and Bomba Rice) If you are lucky, you don’t need to worry about Crystal!
My gears and stats (for coffee biscuit making)
- Handsaint’s Frypan
- Handsaint’s Culinary Knife
- Dwarven Cotton Beret HQ (Command Materia VI, Competence Materia VI, Competence Materia IV, Competence Materia IV, Command Materia IV)
- Dwarven Cotton Jacket HQ (Command Materia VI, Competence Materia VI x2, Command Materia IV, Command Materia IV)
- Swallowskin Fingerless Gloves HQ (Command Materia VI, Competence Materia VI, Competence Materia VI, Command Materia IV, Command Materia IV)
- Swallowskin Tool Belt HQ (Competence Materia VI, Cunning Materia VI, Command Materia IV, Cunning Materia IV, Competence Materia IV)
- Dwarven Cotton Trousers HQ (Command Materia VI, Command Materia VI, Competence Materia IV, Cunning Materia IV x2)
- Swallowskin Shoes HQ (Command Materia VI x2, Competence Materia IV, Cunning Materia IV x 2)
- Dwarven Mythril Ear Cuffs HQ (Command Materia VI, Cunning Materia VI, Command Materia IV, Competence Materia IV, Cunning Materia IV)
- Dwarven Mythril Choker HQ (Command Materia VI, Cunning Materia VI, Command Materia IV, Competence Materia IV, Cunning Materia IV)

- Dwarven Mythril Ring HQ (Competence Materia VI x2, Command Materia IV x2, Competence Materia IV) x 2
The reason why I put Materia in my gears is because I want to extract Materia from gears. If you put one Materia in your gear, the speed of spiritbond increases by 20%. If you put 5 Materias, the speed will be twice faster!
Macro for crafting HQ Coffee Bisucuit
Required CP: 310 (You can’t make HQ if the poor condition comes at Byregot’s Blessing)
Minimum stats for this Macro: Craftsmanship: 2495, Control: 1979 Reference: FF14俺tools

I deleted /ac “Manipulation” <wait.2> at the second line because we can make it without it. (May 26, 2021)
I added /ac “Waste Not” <wait.2> at the second line. (June 1, 2021)
**The first line is not important, it just makes the icon to Heavy Hatchling lol
**If you are worried that the poor condition comes at Byregot’s Blessing, please put ” /ac “Tricks of the Trade” <wait.3>” before Great Strides.
My third hot bar for Culinarian is like this. You can make Coffee Biscuit anytime immediately!
The shorter macro is better because you can save your time!

this macro is soooo awesome! thank you so much! <3
Hello LoveLuna and thank you for the comment! I’m glad the macro helped you (*^^*)
Hi Vivi,
New sprout here slowly leveling gathering and crafting. I have two questions:
1) Can the base mats be NQ
2) What is the lowest stat requirement for creating HQ biscuit?
Hi Anthony! Thank you for your comment.
1) Yes, all the macro I put on the blog is for HQ biscuit from NQ.
2) The lowest stats would be Craftmanship: 1645, Control: 1529, CP: 372. I made an article about macro for coffee biscuit with different gears. You must be level 75 if you can make coffee biscuit. I think at the time you might have Lv 70 gears from exchanging crafters yellow scips. (The gears name starts “Kinghand”) For more information, please check https://ff14-gatherer-and-crafter.com/coffee-biscuit-macro-with-different-il-gears/.
ty so much~
Me again~
Silly question: you wrote
“The reason why I put Materia in my gears is because I want to extract Materia from gears. If you put one Materia in your gear, the speed of spiritbond increases by 20%. If you put 5 Materias, the speed will be twice faster!”
Does that mean the materia isn’t needed for the HQ craft and is just used for farming?
Hey Anthony! Thank you for your comments!
Stats without all materia: Craftmanship: 2417, Control: 2142, CP: 449
You might need some Competence Materia for using the macro. (the required stats for this macro is Craftsmanship: 2495, Control: 1979)
Or you can add Basic Synthesis at the end.
